SUSTAINABLE TOURISM POLICY
We are aware that sustainability efforts in tourism minimize adverse impacts on social, environmental, and cultural heritage, and we recognize the responsibilities that sustainable tourism entails.
Accordingly, we actively continue our work on many topics within the concept of sustainability, such as reducing environmental impacts, protecting human rights, managing energy, water, and waste, preserving cultural and social heritage, providing economic and social benefits to the local community and local producers, and protecting the environment.
The corporate values we hold dear demonstrate the importance we place on responsible and sustainable tourism. We focus on effectively managing sustainability risks and achieving sustainable growth through long-term strategies, and in this way we aim to increase our success day by day. Informing our stakeholders transparently and effectively about our activities and their impacts is among our top priorities. Accordingly, we wish to state that we will make the sustainability reports we publish each year transparently accessible to all our stakeholders, and that we will consider the suggestions, contributions, and feedback they provide on our sustainability journey.
ENVIRONMENT and WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
At every stage of the products and services at our establishment, we act in compliance with the national and international legislation set forth by legal authorities, remaining committed to the rule of law and abiding by all other requirements our establishment is obliged to meet and/or has adopted on a voluntary basis.
As an establishment that respects the environment and future generations, we aim to contribute to the development of the local community in all our hotel activities, and through the training and information we provide, we also guide our employees, suppliers, and guests to be environmentally conscious and to contribute to the system.
We are pleased to express this awareness to all of our stakeholders.
We aim to use our natural resources correctly and efficiently and to use environmentally friendly products, and we carry out ongoing work in this regard.
Making a commitment to environmental protection a guiding principle in all our activities and using our resources as efficiently as possible, we aim to prevent environmental pollution, to reduce our waste within the scope of zero waste, and to render generated waste harmless to nature by ensuring its recycling, while showing great care for the protection of biodiversity and the ecosystem.
We classify our waste according to its characteristics, separate it at waste sorting points, and dispose of it through licensed organizations designated by the Ministry.
We inform our guests about our environmental awareness and encourage them to join us in respecting and protecting nature throughout their stay.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY POLICY
We act with an awareness of our responsibilities regarding energy efficiency, in order to protect the environment and leave a livable world to future generations.
While fulfilling our responsibilities toward nature, we follow national and international standards, laws and regulations, and carry out initiatives to reduce energy use and/or ensure the continuous improvement of our energy consumption performance.
We continue to strengthen our technical services and teams in order to identify technologies and the latest innovations that make it easier to reduce energy use without compromising guest comfort.
We set targets for the effective use of energy resources, provide training to our employees in line with these targets, and offer guidance to our guests and stakeholders.
At our hotel, we aim to continuously improve our energy performance by using our energy resources in the most efficient way and by increasing the use of alternative renewable sources.
QUALITY, FOOD SAFETY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
In the hospitality industry, we demonstrate a management approach that is leading, innovative and committed to continuous improvement. The health and safety of our employees, partners, guests, suppliers and all our stakeholders is our fundamental priority.
To ensure that our guests, employees and all our stakeholders receive services and work in a safe and healthy environment, we act in accordance with national and international laws and regulations, carry out our activities in compliance with legislation and with food, quality and occupational safety standards, and regularly perform and review the necessary controls, training and precautions.
We identify the impacts and risks of our activities in the areas of food safety, quality, and occupational health and safety, and take the necessary measures to prevent these risks from arising or to mitigate their undesirable effects.
We establish objectives and programs for the continuous improvement of our food safety, quality, and occupational health and safety processes, review them regularly, and make the necessary resource investments.
We carry out the necessary inspections and take precautions to prevent and eliminate hazardous conditions that could cause accidents and illnesses, as well as environmental pollution arising from our activities.
We provide training to our employees and encourage their participation.
In line with our policy, we encourage our suppliers to comply with environmental and occupational health and safety standards and the relevant legislation, and we take care to cooperate with them in these areas.
With a guest-focused approach, we aim to ensure guest satisfaction without compromising food safety and quality standards, and by using all resources responsibly.
To protect the health of our employees and guests and ensure healthy nutrition, we apply a food safety management system from the product procurement stage through to service and presentation, producing and serving products in line with quality and food safety principles, and we continuously improve while keeping hygiene standards at the forefront.
While ensuring food safety, we aim to reduce food waste in order to prevent wastefulness and use resources effectively.
To this end, we involve our employees and suppliers in the process through the necessary training and briefings.
To establish and sustain our food safety system, in addition to our internal control mechanism run by trained staff, we have our processes audited by independent external bodies.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROCUREMENT POLICY
Through our Environmental Procurement Policy, we aim to ensure that our fundamental human and labor rights principles and our approach to sustainability spread, strengthen, and endure throughout the entire supply chain.
Our Environmental Procurement Policy is a demonstration of our commitment to human rights and fundamental labor principles, grounded in honesty, trust, and respect, across all our operations and in our relationship with each of our stakeholders.
To achieve this goal, we expect our suppliers to share our core principles in this regard and to cooperate with us in spreading and developing these principles in a spirit of continuous improvement.
To ensure continuous improvement, we encourage constructive feedback and the systematic sharing of best practices in this area with us.
We expect all of our suppliers to uphold freedom of thought and belief, and to provide their services without discrimination on grounds such as language, religion, race, gender, social class, age, or union membership, and without tolerating exploitation or harassment.
In selecting suppliers, we require adherence to the core principles stated here and obtain commitments from our suppliers on the following matters.
It is essential that all processes and operations be conducted within the framework of applicable laws. The relevant environmental protection laws, legislation, regulations, and codes of conduct are applied in full
All forms of fraud, deception, and bribery are strictly prohibited.
All demeaning behavior that would undermine mutual trust and respect or damage commercial reputation is avoided.
No demeaning behavior that would harm human dignity is tolerated.
Forced and/or child labor is not employed.
All employees have equal rights. No form of discrimination is tolerated.
Decisions and practices concerning fundamental employee rights — such as working conditions, wages, working hours, and the right to unionize and bargain collectively — are fair and in compliance with applicable laws.

It focuses on the protection of ecosystems, habitats and all species — above all endangered and endemic species — on preventing land degradation, and on maintaining, continuously improving and enhancing the capacities of natural ecosystems, and aims to manage impacts on biodiversity in a sustainable manner.
In their products, production, transportation, storage, and all other operations, they reduce and/or eliminate waste and wastewater generation, greenhouse gas emissions, chemical use, and all other environmental impacts through reuse, recycling, or substitution.
We work with our suppliers under shared business ethics principles and collaborate with them to improve their performance on environmental and social matters.
When purchasing requested products or services, and where feasible (subject to product or service availability and continuity of supply), we aim to source from locations close to our facility, thereby contributing to a reduced environmental impact through lower carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions from supplier deliveries.
When selecting suppliers for central or local product/service purchases, we take into account that they are environmentally conscious and local/regional; that fuels, chemicals, pesticides, all vehicles and equipment consuming fossil fuels, electrical appliances, devices containing refrigerant gases, noise-generating equipment, consumables, plastic materials and construction materials are environmentally friendly and hold the necessary permits and certificates; and we consider their energy efficiency classes.
HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY
We are aware that all of our employees are representatives of our brand and our values. Conscious that our employees are our partners, we take the utmost care to select each employee from among individuals who possess the necessary training, experience, and competencies, and who are aligned with our corporate culture, values, and goals. Our main principle in recruitment and placement is to provide equal opportunity — without any discrimination or privilege — to those who possess the competencies (knowledge, skills, behavior) required by the job and who will embrace and uphold our company values.
Respecting and protecting the rights of our employees arising from laws and regulations is one of our company's most important duties and priorities.
Equal opportunity is provided to all our employees in all human resources practices, starting from recruitment and including training, compensation, career development, and the financial benefits provided.
We take pride in the differences and cultural diversity of our employees, and as we unite around a common purpose, we regard these varied perspectives as a source of richness. All of our human resources practices are designed to nurture and develop this richness, to create equal opportunities for all employees in every area, and to make no distinction based on language, religion, race, age, ethnic identity, or gender.
We are committed to investing in the professional and personal development of our partners, organizing training to foster their growth, and improving the health and safety conditions of their workplaces and working environments.
The foundation of our Human Resources processes is the value we place on people, and therefore on our employees. In accordance with national and international standards and applicable legislation, we pledge not to employ child labor.
The health, safety, and happiness of our employees are an integral part of our focus on our strategic goals of growth, profitability, and creating new opportunities. All employees who will contribute to this goal benefit equally from our training opportunities.
We closely follow and implement legal obligations regarding occupational health and safety and working hours for our employees and business partners; we audit them regularly and verify compliance.
EMPLOYEE AND HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY
We embrace the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and commit to creating a culture and work environment in which everyone is treated equally and can contribute to their full potential — regardless of race, color, sex, age, nationality, religion, gender identity or expression, marital status, citizenship, disability, or any other legally protected status.
We offer fair and equal opportunities to all our employees, candidates, business associates and partners across our operations and our value chain.
In all our relationships with our stakeholders, we act in accordance with human rights, mindful of our sphere of influence and our responsibility to create a positive impact on society.
To implement systems that foster honest, transparent, fair, respectful, and trust-based relationships among our employees,
To offer the opportunity to work under equal and safe conditions,
To collect feedback from our employees and make improvements and enhancements, to monitor their performance and plan their careers,

We are committed to ensuring that all of our employees benefit from the social rights, fringe benefits, and rewards we have planned.
CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
We embrace the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, regard every individual under the age of eighteen as a child, respect their rights, and accept it as our responsibility to protect children from psychological violence, physical violence, and commercial exploitation.
To provide dedicated spaces at our facilities where our young guests feel safe, free, and happy, and where they can comfortably express their feelings, thoughts, and wishes,
In areas where we provide services such as children's activity areas, to always be able to reach their parents or another trustworthy adult from within the family or group,
To keep them under adult supervision during the activities they take part in,
To support their interaction with other children, to acknowledge and encourage their achievements; to provide our employees with training on children's rights and child protection,
To be aware of parents' attitudes and behaviors toward their children, and of any signs of physical, verbal or psychological violence or neglect,
In suspicious situations where our child guests may be at risk of harm, to first notify the competent authorities and, where deemed necessary, to seek assistance from the Social Support Hotline,
We are committed to supporting projects dedicated to all children and their rights.
ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION POLICY
In line with our responsible tourism mission, we support the protection of children from sexual exploitation, and we respect and uphold children's rights, including protection from child labor and human trafficking.
We are committed to acting ethically and honestly in all our business relationships, and to implementing and maintaining effective systems and controls to prevent the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, women, disadvantaged groups, and others.
We are committed to acting transparently in our approach to preventing and responding to any safeguarding violations against children, women, disadvantaged groups and others in our services and supply chains, and in our relationships with relevant parties.
We are committed to ensuring that our approach is consistent with our national and international obligations, and to complying with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and rules.
Sexual exploitation and abuse are violations of fundamental human rights. They also constitute a crime.
It is our duty to minimize all risks of sexual exploitation and abuse through awareness and good practice, to provide training so that all our employees know what steps to take when suspicions or concerns regarding allegations of sexual exploitation or abuse arise, and to ensure their continuous development.
We expect all of our stakeholders to take measures prohibiting their employees and representatives from engaging in any form of sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or harassment, and we request information on their efforts in this regard.
WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
With an awareness of gender equality, we support women's participation in economic life and uphold gender equality in our hiring practices as well.
We support fair treatment of all women and men in working life, and, in this regard, respect for human rights and the principle of non-discrimination.
We appoint our female employees to management positions and support training, courses and professional development opportunities so that our female employees have a voice in management roles.
By taking the necessary measures to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our employees, both women and men, we aim to maintain a working environment where equality and workplace harmony prevail.
OUR SOCIAL COHESION POLICY
We believe that staying in continuous communication with our local community contributes to the well-being and living environment of local residents.
Conscious of the importance of social solidarity and support, we make every effort to support the local community in social matters, just as we do in all other areas.
We aim to support initiatives that develop the local economy and community, and to respect and preserve local culture, traditions, and ways of life.
We declare that we will cooperate with all our stakeholders in protecting the natural heritage and cultural characteristics of the region in which we are located.
At our establishment, we value feedback from the local community, and we record and evaluate it.
OUR BIODIVERSITY AND WILDLIFE PROTECTION POLICY
The protection of biodiversity is among the priority items of our facility's sustainability principles. By identifying and monitoring the impacts of our activities on biodiversity, we aim to preserve the diversity of species, habitats, and ecosystems, as well as the integrity of ecological functions.
We are committed to protecting the integrity of ecosystems, a natural heritage, and biological diversity, and to promoting balanced coexistence and the development and growth of our natural heritage.
To raise awareness of the importance and protection of biodiversity, we organize internal training and internal communication activities at our facility and include this topic in our sustainability trainings.
We take into account the regulations stipulated by national and international legislation in ensuring animal welfare.
We provide all our stakeholders with the necessary information that endangered species must not be hunted or traded.
We do not display, serve or sell protected species or any items made from them.
We do not support or take part in any activity involving practices that are prohibited by legislation or otherwise unacceptable with regard to biodiversity and wildlife.
We are aware that during any renovation, construction, or similar work we undertake, flora and fauna must be protected, especially endangered or threatened species.
We cooperate with the competent authorities and NGOs to protect the endemic plants of our region. We check endangered species through sources such as WWF and CITES.
We guide our guests, stakeholders and employees to ensure that the products they use are not derived from endangered species.
We reject captive wildlife and the use of animals in shows for commercial profit or personal amusement.
